The Adelaide Shambhala Meditation Group offers ongoing training in meditation to help us awaken our true nature and infuse our everyday activities with wisdom, compassion and a sense of humour. Established in 2006 we are part of Shambhala International. A community of meditation centres founded in 1973 by Tibetan Buddhist monk Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.

Membership Form and Monthly Contribution. The Asheville Shambhala Center offers a variety of community activities that include food, conversation, and meditation. We offer meditation instruction before all public practice sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday; tea, dharma readings and discussions every Thursday evening; the Way of Shambhala weekend training programs, and special events and classes. The Center space is available for rentals.
